1) Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing yhubcoworking.com.au (the Site) or using our services (enquiries, bookings, memberships, events, waitlists, virtual office), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2) Who we are

Y.hub Coworking provides flexible workspaces, private offices (subject to availability/waitlist), bookable rooms, event spaces and community programs at 128 Yanchep Beach Road. We are the launchpad for the future Yanchep City Centre.

3) Other terms that apply

Some services have additional terms that sit alongside these Terms:

  • Room & event bookings: see Booking Terms & Conditions (cancellations, access, cleaning, AV, etc.).

  • Memberships (Sprout/Bud/Bloom/Thrive): membership inclusions & billing rules.

  • Virtual Office (Pod): address usage, mail handling.

  • Private Offices / 200 m² Tenancies: subject to separate commercial agreements.
If there’s a conflict, the service-specific terms override these Terms for that service.

4) Eligibility & accounts

  • You must be 18+ or have authority to contract for a business/organisation.

  • To book or join, you may create an account or submit details via our forms/portal(s). You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and data accurate.

5) Permitted use of the Site

You may use the Site to learn about Y.hub, make enquiries, join waitlists, request quotes, book rooms, register for events, or apply for memberships. You must not:

  • Break the law or infringe third-party rights.

  • Upload malicious code, spam or misleading content.

  • Scrape, scan or overload the Site, or bypass security.

  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.

6) Third-party platforms & tools

We use reputable providers to deliver services:

  • OfficeRnD (members/room bookings/portals)

  • Eventbrite (event registrations/tickets)

  • Sine (visitor sign-in/notifications)

  • Payment gateways (e.g., Stripe/Square)

  • Analytics/ads (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta/LinkedIn pixels)
When you use those services, their own terms and privacy policies also apply. Links are provided for convenience and are not endorsements.

7) Information on the Site

We aim for accurate, current information, but details (availability, prices, inclusions, photos, capacities) are subject to change without notice. Final terms are confirmed in your quote, booking confirmation, invoice, or agreement.

8) Prices, GST & payments

Unless we say otherwise, prices are in AUD and exclusive of GST (we often present “+ GST”). Payment terms vary by service and are set out at checkout, in your invoice, or in service-specific terms. Card details are processed by secure gateways; we do not store full card numbers.

9) Intellectual property

The Site and its content (text, photos, logos, graphics) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may view the Site for your internal use but must not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without prior written consent. “Y.hub”, related marks and logos are trade marks—use requires permission.

10) Your content & feedback

If you submit content (enquiries, reviews, testimonials, photos), you:

  • Warrant you have the rights to share it.

  • Grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it for operating and promoting Y.hub (we’ll seek consent for any sensitive or personal info).
We may moderate or remove content that breaches these Terms.

11) Availability & changes

The Site may be unavailable during maintenance or due to events beyond our control. We may change or discontinue any part of the Site or services at any time.

12) Disclaimer (website use)

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or error-free content. Information is general in nature and not legal, financial or professional advice—seek advice for your circumstances.

13) Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes any non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to those rights:

  • We exclude all liability for indirect or consequential loss (e.g., lost profits, data, opportunity) arising from Site use.

  • For any other loss, our aggregate liability is limited to the lesser of AUD $200 or the amount you paid to us for the relevant online transaction (if any).

14) Indemnity

You indemnify us (and our officers, employees, contractors) against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, unlawful conduct, or misuse of the Site—except to the extent caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.

15) Privacy, cookies & communications

We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy (collection, use, cookies, analytics, Sine sign-in, Eventbrite, OfficeRnD, email). By using the Site, you consent to cookie use and to receiving service communications (e.g., booking confirmations). You may opt out of marketing at any time.

16) Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the Site and information, but no method is 100% secure. Please notify us promptly of any suspected security issue.
