Y.hub Coworking (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides flexible workspaces, private offices, bookable rooms and community events from 128 Yanchep Beach Road, Yanchep WA 6035. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information when you visit our website, contact us, make a booking, attend an event, use our spaces or join our community.

Event images (if applicable): photos or video from Y.hub events (we’ll let you know where consent is required).

Visitor sign-in: we use Sine for on-site arrivals so your host is notified and for safety/compliance.
Payments
Card payments are processed by secure third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe, Square or your organisation’s PO process). We receive confirmation of payment and related references but do not store full card numbers.
Sharing your information
We don’t sell your data. We may share personal information with:

Service providers/partners who help us operate (e.g., OfficeRnD, Sine, Eventbrite, email/CRM, payment gateways, IT and security providers). They only access what’s needed to perform their services and must safeguard it.

CCTV: If CCTV operates at the premises, signage will be displayed. Footage—where used—is for safety and security, stored securely and accessed only by authorised personnel or law enforcement where required.
