Include suburbs, cities, postcodes, or states that are most important to your business.

Describe your perfect customer in a few sentences, e.g. age, gender, lifestyle, or job type. Example: “Busy professionals aged 30–55 who value convenience and quality,” or “Small business owners looking for reliable local suppliers.”

For example, “exclude people under 25,” or “exclude job seekers, wholesalers, or other businesses in the same industry.”

This helps us craft ad messaging that connects directly to their needs and challenges. Example: “They struggle to find quality gifts delivered on time” or “They need help understanding business tax compliance.”

Think about what drives them, e.g. saving time, reducing stress, quality, reputation, local connection, or price.
