Been a full time co-worker at Y.Hub since it opened just a few weeks ago. Great layout, spacious, high quality office furniture and fully equipped meeting rooms. Great parking and easy access. Has quiet rooms for undisturbed phone/web calls. Internet is working well and will be even better soon with a new fibre to the building planned next month. A few good options for good coffee and lunch nearby and a just a short stroll to Yanchep Central with bank, news agency and Woolies etc. I like the vibe created by the very friendly and accommodating management. Highly recommended for us who like coworking and/or need an affordable office away from home.
