Beforeyou bookhere's what you need to know
Booking & confirmation – Bookings are first-in; your room is confirmed once payment is received (or PO by prior agreement). Members save 20%.
Payment – All prices + GST. Larger/after-hours events may require a refundable bond.
Reschedule / cancel
≥ 7 days: full refund
< 48 hrs – 50% refund
< 24 hrs / no-show: no refund (One free reschedule ≥ 7 days, subject to availability.)
Access & hours – Standard access Mon–Fri, 8:30am–4:30pm. After-hours/weekends by arrangement. 15-min bump-in/out included.
Set-up & AV – Tell us your layout needs 48 hrs prior. Basic screen/HDMI & whiteboard available in most rooms.
Cleaning & care – Leave the room as you found it (tables wiped, furniture back, rubbish in bins). Extra cleaning may be charged for excessive mess.
Capacity & conduct – Don’t exceed posted capacity. Keep noise respectful. Unsafe/abusive behaviour ends the event without refund.
Damage, loss & insurance – You’re liable for any damage by your group. We’re not responsible for loss/theft. Public liability is recommended for larger events.
Force majeure – If something outside our control stops your event, we’ll offer a credit or refund (no consequential losses).
